Application Forms

The admissions committee for the Master of Science in IAKM requires application materials in addition to the university application materials outlined on the Apply page. The IAKM-required materials are:

Resume / Curriculum Vita
Computer Literacy Checklist
Three Letters of Recommendation
Statement of Purpose

The letters of recommendation must be submitted with the forms that can be downloaded above. All of the above materials should be sent directly to the IAKM Office (address below) if they have not been submitted online.

If you have already applied or started a different graduate program at Kent State University, please contact Janna Korzenko at 330-672-5841, about how to transfer your original application to this program.

If you would like to apply for a graduate assistantship, you must fill out a Application for Graduate Assistant Position and mail it to the address above. Also provide a cover letter detailing your experience, technical skills, managerial capabilities or other information that would be relevant to your being awarded a GA position. Students with below a 3.0 GPA are not eligible for a Graduate Assistantship. This is completely separate from your program application and will have no effect on your admissions decision. Completed forms are mailed to the IAKM office at the address above.
