With concentrations in user experience design and knowledge management, the Graduate Program in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management provides current and future professionals with the opportunity to explore a variety of information-related practices.

A lot of people come in and say
they want to do pretty web design, but
there is so much more to helping
companies succeed online. There has
to be an underlying structure of
information. We're training people how
to do it - and do it right.

Dr. Thomas J. Froehlich, Program Director
