Dr. Casper holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Case Western Reserve University . She has been a faculty member at Kent State since 1973 and has served as Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Programs, Acting Dean of the College of Business Administration, and as Associate Provost.
She currently holds the position of Professor of Economics. Dr. Casper's research interests are applied microeconomics, particularly the economics of information and higher education.
Dr. Casper created and teaches the Economics of Information course (ECON 62015), which is part of the IAKM program core. For more information, please see Dr. Casper's web page.
