Janna Korzenko has a Master of Library and Information Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from Kent State University. She is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Public Policy at Kent State University. Before coming to IAKM she worked in public libraries for 13 years. She continues her interest in public libraries through her research on public library perception, evaluation and funding. Other areas of interest include promotion of government services, unintended impact of policy on public libraries, information access and digital divide.
