Discount for SLA Members

sla100logoA tuition discount of 10 percent is available for members of the Special Libraries Association (SLA) is now available at Kent State University for study in only online certificate and master’s programs through the School of Library and Information Science (SLIS).  Currently an online certificate and master’s degree is available for study in knowledge management.

Since Fall 2007, a graduate certificate and master of science degree with a focus in knowledge management has been offered through the IAKM for individuals seeking to improve skills and employment opportunities in the knowledge management field. Online courses link students, instructors, and guest speakers on a global scale and offer the flexibility of coursework completion at times convenient to the student.

See Online Options to learn more about the online programs available.  This discount only applies to full programs: the certificate or master's degree in knowledge management.  Students wishing to take classes as guest or non-degree students for continuing education that does not result in a certificate or degree are ineligble for the discount.

If you are already enrolled in the master of science program in knowledge management or the certificate program in knowledge management and are a member of SLA you may complete the SLA Member Discount Form.
